1. nature and scope of the service
All services shall be performed as agreed in the offer/order. Changes or additions to the order shall only be valid if their nature and scope are specified in writing or, if necessary, verbally.

2. acceptance of the service
The Contractor's services shall be deemed to have been performed in accordance with the order and accepted if the Client does not immediately raise justified objections. If the client objects to defects in the contractually agreed service, the contractor is obliged to rectify the defects. Further warranty claims, in particular claims for damages, cannot be asserted on this basis.

3. prices
The prices specified in the offer refer to the collective bargaining, social security and tax regulations applicable at the time of submission of the offer. In the event of changes to these, the prices shall also change accordingly. The prices stated are quoted both as net as well as gross prices.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation of booked services is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of work. If a cancellation is made at shorter notice, 50% of the expected or offered scope of cleaning will be charged.

5. Liability
The Contractor shall be liable for damage that is demonstrably attributable to cleaning measures within the scope of the public liability insurance taken out by the Contractor. At the request of the client, a specific insurance certificate shall be provided.

6. rectification of defects
In the event of a justified complaint, the Client must inform the Contractor within 24 hours of the cleaning work being carried out and allow the Contractor the right to rectify the defect free of charge within a reasonable period of time.

7 Terms of payment
Invoices are payable net without deduction immediately upon receipt. Discounts are not recognized. Monthly flat rates are due at the latest on the last day of the current month. If the term of payment is exceeded, default interest of 4% above the applicable discount rate will be charged.

8 General
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, they shall be interpreted accordingly and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

9. place of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the Contractor's registered office. If the contracting parties are non-merchants, the place of jurisdiction shall remain the same.

10. data storage
It should be noted that data necessary for business purposes will be stored and managed using IT systems to the extent permitted by the Federal Data Protection Act (§ 26 BDSG).
